Level I — Direction

Private Interior Design Consultation

A private introduction to our design house for clients seeking expert direction before committing to a larger transformation.

This consultation is designed to understand not simply what the client wants the home to look like, but how the home should feel, function and support the life lived within it.

This is a consultation and strategic design engagement rather than a complete interior-design commission. Construction documents, procurement, extensive sourcing, project management, contractor management and full implementation are separately commissioned unless expressly included.

Private Residence Design Intensive

For clients ready to move beyond consultation and begin defining the visual identity of their residence.

Rather than approaching individual rooms in isolation, we examine how the residence should communicate as one continuous experience — from arrival and entertaining spaces to private rooms and everyday rituals.

The Residence & Lifestyle Transformation is our comprehensive private design engagement for clients seeking a home conceived around the person, family and lifestyle they are becoming.

Interior architecture, furnishings, art, objects, entertaining, personal spaces and lifestyle considerations are approached as parts of one visual language.

The Residence-to-Wardrobe Transformation

“When your environment changes, your personal presentation may evolve with it.”

Qualifying clients may extend their residential transformation into their personal wardrobe and lifestyle presentation — one continuous visual language carried from the residence into the life lived within it.

The $1,000,000 figure represents the starting level of the engagement. Final project investment depends upon residence size, complexity, location, construction requirements, furnishings, commissions, materials, travel, procurement and requested services.

Furniture, construction, art acquisitions, fashion purchases, specialist services and other third-party expenses may be separate from the design fee unless expressly included in the client’s private proposal.

An individually structured commission for residences and lifestyles whose scope cannot appropriately be reduced to a predetermined package.

Where appropriate, commissions may also incorporate specialized environments or other private lifestyle assets subject to project feasibility, professional requirements and individual agreement.
